How are my courses delivered?
After your purchase is confirmed, we prepare your course and send the download link to your email. Delivery typically takes a few hours depending on the course.
Links are hosted on Mega or Google Drive. If you don’t see your email, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still not there after a few hours, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
I paid — where is my course?
Course links are sent by email within a few hours of purchase. If it’s been longer than that and you haven’t received anything, contact us with your order ID or checkout email and we’ll get it to you.
Where are the courses hosted?
Courses are hosted on Mega or Google Drive. Your email will include the download link and any relevant access details.
Can I watch the courses online?
In many cases you can preview or stream files directly through Mega or Google Drive in your browser.
For the best experience, we recommend downloading the files to your device so you can watch without interruptions.
How can I pay?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You can pay by PayPal or cryptocurrency.
If you’d like to pay with a specific cryptocurrency that isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll let you know if we can support it.
I lost or deleted my course — what do I do?
Contact us with your order ID or the email address used at checkout. If we can verify your purchase, we’ll resend the download link at no extra cost.
Are the courses password protected?
No. We removed password protection because it created unnecessary confusion. If a file ever requires extra access details, we’ll include them clearly in your email.
Can I get updates for a course I already purchased?
Yes. When we have an updated version available, existing buyers can request it for free. If you notice a course has been updated, contact us and we’ll check whether we have the newer version.
What is your refund policy?
Because courses are digital products and download links can’t be returned once delivered, refunds are generally not available after access has been sent.
That said, if there’s a problem with your order — a broken link or wrong delivery — contact us and we’ll work with you to fix it.
What support is available?
You can reach us through the Contact page or live chat. We’re available most days from 10am to 6pm New York time.
If you don’t get an instant reply, we’re likely offline — we’ll get back to you by email as soon as we’re back.
Can I access courses from any device?
Yes. You can access files from a computer, tablet, or smartphone as long as the device supports Mega or Google Drive and the file format. For larger courses, a computer or laptop is usually more convenient.
Are my payment details secure?
Payments are handled through secure third-party payment providers. We don’t manually process or store your full payment details.
