Paul R. Scheele – Memory Optimizer

Memory Optimizer by Vera F. Birkenbihl with Paul R. Scheele is a self-study program for adults covering memory frameworks and their application to learning and everyday information.

The program combines a Main Edition with an Accelerator, supported by videos, PDFs and course manuals. Its approach includes creating personal memory associations rather than relying only on a supplied set of pegs.

Memory Optimizer learning topics

• Explore Knowledge ABC Lists and the Inner Archive.
• Study the Anchorman List, Intelligent Gap Management and memory-web topics.
• Explore visual, auditory and kinesthetic memory practice.
• Study memory topics covering names, vocabulary, learning, jokes and stories.

Main Edition foundations

The Main Edition introduces the Inner Archive and develops its framework through Knowledge ABC Lists, strategies for creating those lists, and the use of threads and auxiliary threads.

An ABC-list PDF and the course manual provide written resources alongside the lessons.

Anchorman and memory-web training

Later Main Edition topics cover the Anchorman List, Intelligent Gap Management and the memory web, followed by material on learning and problem solving.

The collection also includes a separate Anchorman Training session and training variations.

Accelerator memory practice

The Accelerator organizes additional training around visual, auditory and kinesthetic memory. It has its own manual and includes short-term-memory pre-test and post-test activities in its introductory material.

Applications for learning and recall

The curriculum applies the Inner Archive to learning and includes topics on study material and general knowledge. Dedicated material also addresses vocabulary, people and names.

Other applications cover jokes, stories and personal memories, extending the course into narrative and autobiographical recall.

Additional programs in the collection

Alongside Memory Optimizer Deluxe, the collection names Clear Mind Bright Future, Effortless Abundance, Genius Mind Digital, Million Dollar Vocabulary, Paraliminals and PhotoReading as separate programs rather than lessons within the Main Edition or Accelerator.
