Who SpyCraft is for
SpyCraft is aimed at people who want to approach conversations, sales, relationships and negotiations with a better understanding of how influence works. Its examples include recognizing signs associated with deception, attraction and aggression, as well as using verbal and nonverbal cues to build rapport.
The four-day SpyCraft training
The curriculum progresses from models of human behavior and rapport to exercises in language, emotional connection, authority and reframing.
Day 1: Strategic influence and rapport with David Snyder
David introduces the I-3 Model—Identity, Intelligence and Influence—as a framework for human behavior. He also presents the Universal Persuasion Protocol as a foundation for ethical influence.
The session examines the Four Pillars of Hypnotic Acquiescence: Authority, Attractivity, Affinity and Acquiescence. It then explores the Rapport Continuum and its people-reading heuristics, three levels of Power Rapport, and introductory neurological bridging and state-control techniques.
Day 2: Influence and people reading with Chase
Chase discusses the brain and evolution in relation to responses to influence, then introduces 6MX Skills for reading behavior and body language. The day also covers elicitation techniques for drawing out information without making the purpose apparent.
Linguistic exercises address embedded commands, behavioral entrainment, gestural referencing and the use of confusion to interrupt and redirect attention. Practice combines language patterns with nonverbal cues.
Day 3: Hypnotic patterns and emotional bonding with David
David presents the seven psychologically powerful language patterns and the Fantastic Four, a set of unconscious influence methods associated with hypnosis. The Emotional Bonding Checklist addresses emotional resonance, while the Resistance Removal Formula focuses on internal objections.
The session also introduces the Three Magic Questions for building liking, trust and connection, followed by proxemic hypnosis and nonverbal influence using body language and spatial awareness.
Day 4: Authority, frame control and objections with David and Chase
David and Chase cover advanced confusion techniques, including a CIA wristwatch demonstration, and practical applications of Cialdini’s principles. They introduce the Authority Assessment Protocol, the FATE Model for interpreting behavior through evolutionary triggers, and the Discipline and Pendulum Principle for emotional states and decision pathways.
David then connects state control with frame control and discusses authority, authenticity and charisma. Named techniques include Master and Commander, the Rockstar Meta-Frame, the Open Heart Trust Trigger and the 4-Fold Meta Frame for dating and sales.
The final material covers Renegade Reframing for addressing beliefs in ordinary conversation and 14 patterns for responding to objections.
Verbal and nonverbal influence
Across the training, hypnosis and conversation-level persuasion are presented alongside observation of behavior and emotion. The course places these tools in business, relationship and social contexts, with an emphasis on awareness and ethical influence.
